The Parade Committee consists of 8 divisions. Each division rotates every 8 years as the leader of the Parade. The lead division picks its Grand Marshall to launch the parade each year.

The committee meets every Tuesday of the month starting in January at 6:30 pm. The meeting is at AOH Albany. The Parade starts at Quail St. and Central Ave at 2 pm on March 16, 2024
